Every room has a center, even if it has not yet been found. A large rug can reveal it. Hand-knotted and carefully restored, these pieces bring weight, warmth, and a sense of continuity that newer materials rarely match. Our selection of large area rugs is made for those who want a floor with a story.
Who We Are
We are a team of selectors and restorers working from a single principle: an old rug that is properly cared for can serve a household for many years more. We handle each piece as a serious object. We examine its structure, clean it by hand under professional standards, and restore damage with materials and methods chosen to suit the original weave.
We are direct in how we work. We report what we find, we explain what we have done, and we do not promise more than a rug can give. Our reputation depends on that honesty, and we protect it in every transaction.
What We Offer
Our collection focuses on large, statement-scale pieces. We choose rugs with enough size to define a room, including living areas, bedrooms, studios, and dining spaces. Designs vary from structured geometric patterns to softer compositions with open fields and carefully drawn borders.
Every rug is hand-knotted and has been professionally washed and restored where necessary. We list dimensions, fibers, and condition so that you can compare pieces with clarity. Some rugs are dense and suited to daily use. Others are finer and better placed in rooms that are seen more than walked across. We are glad to advise you on which will serve you best.
When It’s Useful
A rug of this scale is particularly helpful when:
- A living room needs a center that ties the seating together
- A bedroom feels cold and needs softness underfoot
- A dining table requires a stable and attractive base
- A home office or reading corner wants a sense of retreat
- An entry or hallway needs a welcoming first impression
Why Choose Us
Our advantage is the quality of preparation. A rug that reaches you has been examined, washed, and restored with attention and patience. We do not hide wear to make a sale. We describe it, explain its significance, and let you decide with full information.
We also stay close to our customers. Questions about placement, cleaning, or long-term care are part of the service, and we answer them plainly. A good rug is a long relationship, and we treat it that way.
